Regus - Colorado, Lakewood - 200 Union

The building is nice and clean, the office I went to has a reception area where you check in and their waiting area has very nice and comfortable chairs, is very clean and the staff are great, friendly and anxious to help. I enjoy the area views.

I had a hard time finding the office I was looking for in the building. Overall the whole building is very nice, would like a better directory inside the building. The specific office I was looking for was nice and very well kept, service was quick and staff was friendly.

I leased an office at the Regus Lakewood location for 6 months, and I will never do business with this company again. Lets start at the beginning shall we? I was looking for an office to rent and found Regus online and the website mentioned this location had private offices for $350 a month. It sounded great so I requested someone call me. When they did they informed me that the rent would be $450 a month for a private office. $100 higher, but hey, that is the difference between the internet and an actual quote by the company right? I did some budgeting and figured I could make $450 work even though it would be tight. Since the monies worked they asked if Id like a tour. I met with one of their leasing folks at the office, and the office looked fine and was acceptable, but all of a sudden the price was $550 a month which felt very bait and switch. At this point I was running out of time and even though $550 was now a bit beyond my budget I decided to do it (the location was close to my house and gym and I chose convenience). At this location they have additional services that you can opt in for like coffee services for $35 a month. I dont even drink coffee so I did not opt in for that service plus I was already maxed out on what I wanted to pay. Guess what I got a bill for my last month? $35 for coffee services. When I reached out I was told I had to specifically opt out of that service or you are charged for it. So even if you dont select that you want it they sign you up for it anyway. Do not rent here, their practices are very much bait and switch, and they charge their tenants as much as they can at every opportunity.

It is highly worth considering removing 200 S Union St from your Google listing. The fact is anyone using or copying your address from Google into the iPhone Apple Maps application is unfortunately navigated half a mile down the street to Wahoo Fish Tacos. This is a real burden for your business partners in your offices who rely on your listing from Google to navigate business clients to Regus - Lakewood. Theres several people who have iPhones and do not use Google Maps, resulting in an unpleasant experience for those navigating and finding your location.
