Colorado Farm Bureau Insurance

My overall Experience with Cheryl Cordova was appalling! After she took over this office I knew after speaking to her for the first time (and fulfilling her wishes to drive into her office to meet her) that something was wrong. I found her to be a completely condescending, high and mighty nauseating person. I called one day to ask her specific questions regarding a mishap (requiring filing a claim) and she completely spoke down to me like a child. I WAS SPEACHLESS!!!! I immediately contacted a reginal manager the next day and transferred my policy. She then called me speaking frantically (seeming nervous) with an opposite tone begging me back. It was sad....

Do NOT use them as your insurance company. It doesn't matter if they're half as cheap as the next guys, do not use them. You get what you pay for, and you don't even get that... Consistently the Worst customer service I have literally EVER seen for any business ever in my life... Honestly inconceivable just how bad it is. Steer clear...

This particular Farm bureau insurance office has absolutely no sense of what true customer service is! The person answered and continued the entire phone conversation on “speaker”, then was emphatically rude and refused to assist me in answering basic questions concerning company policies. I have always had excellent service from Farm Bureau in the past, but if you choose Farm Bureau, DO NOT go through this office.

I wish I could give 10 stars. Cheryl Cordova is without doubt the best insurance agent I’ve ever had. She is very responsive either on the phone or by email. She’s been very helpful with all of my policies including auto, rental, and life insurance. I would recommend her to anyone.
