HIE Consulting Engineers is an excellent firm. I have worked with Anthony for the last several years on multiple phases of foundation stabilization to my residence. He is a very knowledgeable, responsive and innovative engineer. It is always a pleasure to work with him as he sincerely cares about seeking the best solution to the task at hand until the problem is solved. No problem is too big nor is any detail too small. I am an architect and have worked with numerous engineers over my long career. Anthony is clearly among the best. Matt was an AWESOME inspector - very thorough and informative as he walked around the house we're looking to buy. I highly recommend HIE Consulting Engineers for inspections if you're buying a home. The inspector was very thorough and knowledgeable. He spent a couple of hours inspecting, testing, and documenting the home condition, which resulted in a very helpful report. Had a great pre-purchase home inspection experience with Matt Alessico. Matt was extremely through and more than willing to answer questions during the process. We felt very comfortable throughout the process and the report came the next morning. HIE/Matt also set up the Sewer Scope and Radon test so everything was taken care of all in one place. Highly recommend!
