CrossFit Lakewood

The gym is amazing! I couldn't recommend coming here more. Sue is an amazing owner and loves to greet everyone who comes in, just adds a personal touch to coming. I have been going to this gym for about a year and half, I can always find equipment to use and is never crowded during my lunch break. The gym is very clean and well taken care of, and even the other gym goers are really nice. This gym has inspired me to live an active lifestyle and I have seen positive growth to my body. My personal favorite is the overall vibe: "let's get to work and have fun".

Such a great place, everyone is super friendly and helpful! I’ve never done CrossFit prior to joining this gym, they have been so patient with me. Great place if you have been considering CrossFit!

One of my favorite spots. I love the coaches and other members and sometimes there are dogs! CrossFit Lakewood is a great gym. There is a nutritionist and chiropractor on-site. I’ve been offered solid advice and helped along with my health/fitness.* (no high pressure/smarmy sales techniques). This isn’t a bro heavy gym and everyone is welcome and there are dogs!
