I've been a member of Welcyon for almost a year and a half, and have loved every minute of it. This is a place for over 50's to get together and have a great workout without all the nonsense of a regular gym. The facility has a ton of great workout equipment all designed for the over 50's! No free weights here, but specially designed equipment for seniors. First rate instructors who actually care about your workout experience are always available for any member. Special classes in yoga are also available to all members. And the owner/manager Daniel is always open to suggestions to enhance and improve the club and facility. A great place for a good solid workout!
