Jon showed up and gave me a clear and fair quote for flooring on my basement and upstairs level for a laminate floor and hardwood floors. Once we had an agreement and the flooring was picked up it was smooth sailing. Not only did he do a beautiful job, but he showed up every single day. He was incredibly kind, dependable, trustworthy and helpful. If there was ever a day he was not able to show up or was going to be late, he clearly communicated it. He even sent follow up communication after completion to make sure we were satisfied. I highly recommend Jon with J&M Hardwood Floors.
