        They don’t know how to make the items on their menu. They consistently put the wrong ingredients in the items ordered. Consistently put meat in items that are meant to be vegetarian. When I called and asked about a specific item that is wrong 100% of the time. the answer was simply “they probably just don’t know what that item is” from the store manager. When I order in a drive thru, I’d have to tell them how to make it, if I order online, I have to pay extra to have the correct items on with no way to ask for them to omit the ingredients that were never supposed to be there in the first place so I have to pick that part out.
