I HIGHLY suggest you DO NOT USE THIS FIRM! Go with another attorney's office and DO YOUR RESEARCH. This firm clearly lied and did not explain financials, when I was switched from one attorney to another.Before I even consented to this law firm, I CLEARLY asked if they do payment arrangements, in which the attorney I spoke with stated that their law firm takes payment arrangements, but not on the retainer, and that at the end of the case, whatever was owed would be taken from the retainer, and the rest would be refunded to me. That being said, I consented and took that firm as representation for me in my active divorce case. I paid the retainer as discussed. During the first week, the attorney that was representing me stated that he would recommend another attorney take on my case, as he did not feel qualified to do so. I was then reassigned another attorney. There was absolutely NO MENTION of the financial situation changing! I received my first bill, in which they took out the retainer. I called and spoke to the billing department to setup my payment plan as previously discussed and was informed that the attorney that I have representing me would NOT TAKE A PAYMENT PLAN, and then wanted me to pay it IN FULL and put an ADDITIONAL $4000 down as a retainer! I explained to the billing department that this was never discussed and that I feel this is unethical to do in the middle of an active case, and that it was never discussed that the arrangement would change. If this was the case, I would have NEVER CONSENTED to having that attorney represent me and I would have gone to another law firm! What is even more appalling is the fact that the current attorney I worked with knew my financial situation and NEVER ONCE mentioned any of her billing practices.Please if you read these reviews, do your research and find better representation. DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM!

I wouldn't hire these guys in a pink fit. I gave them a kindergarten task and they messed it up. They opted to give me my money back than do the job right and avoid a bad Yelp! review. Arrogant and incompetent. STAY AWAY!
