You will find that the selection of merchandise is very similar to that of a Ross or Marshalls store, with pricing similar as well.
What you WON'T find at this location is an employee who is willing to put forth ANY effort to help you, or just to do their job! It's not surprising they just filed for bankruptcy.

It is unacceptable the service at gordmans stores. Last Saturday I go a nice sandals that only last me for three days. I went to return because even with the 25% discount I paid 29.96 + tax and they say that their policy which never was communicated to explicitly says they never accept returns if the shoes were used they don't accept returns. So I was supposed to keep them in the box? I used three days and the sole was unglued at the front and the material used at the sole was running out as if they were used weeks. I ask to speak to the manager Nina who was contacted by phone by the cashier Francine she says there is nothing to do. Then the cashier asked me if is something else that she can do. This is no the only thing that makes me regret come back to this store. The day I got the shoes it was supposed to be a good discount day and when I was to paid they didn't got me any beside the shoes discount, because it was supposed to be a bag that you fill it to get a discount. The bag wasn't in any visible place and when I asked they told there Is no more I was there since around 5pm I never saw those bags. They lie.
I almost forgot how upset I was months ago when I went shopping because I got a discount card by mail and when I come back to show my discount card they didn't accepted or let me return the merchandise even when the time and day on the receipt says I just bought it less than a couple hours ago. In many stores as Macy's, JCPenny, or Target not just accept this they encouraged me to comeback with the discount card or even a coupon. But the staff arent in a welcoming aptitud especially the lady Francine
