The staff is very friendly, responsive and great with the kids. The kids stay very busy and have a great time. The activities they plan each day are creative and active. We appreciate it!

We love small characters. We do the before/after program as well as the summer program. My daughter looks forward to going and loves all the staff members. They are so kind and really care about the children. I know my daughter is in great hands with them!

My son has gone here for years and we've both always felt right at home with all of the staff. They are all amazing, so kind, knowledgeable, helpful and easy to talk to. They have gone above and beyond for my elementary aged son and I many times. Helping us out at the last minute with a moments notice, always willing to accommodate our needs. Andrew is by far the best daycare/preschool director I have met in my 13 years of being a parent. He's incredible at his job and very passionate about children's needs and their development. His ways of dealing with the kids are what a lot of them are lacking these days, treating them like kids and letting them be a kid while keeping them in line with good disciplinary boundaries. My son loves Andrew like family and all the staff, as do I. His facilities are well kept, very clean and organized, creating a clean and safe environment for your kids, a home away from home. Not once have I ever worried when my son when he is going to Small Characters, I whole heartedly know he's in great hands. Thank you guys so much for all that you do, we can't thank you enough! Keep it up!
