Dr. Sande is wonderful. He is very thorough in his diagnosis and explains everything to you. This is my first adjustment using the "IQ" gun and it is much easier to take than the regular manipulations done by most chiropractors. I would highly recommend Dr. Sande. He is also extremely flexible to work with.

I had been suffering with neck pain for months on and off. Eventually it became more on than off, and I started getting headaches every day in the late afternoon. I would go to sleep with a headache and it would usually clear up by the morning. I NEVER used to get headaches and after waiting for it to "fix itself" for months I decided it was time to seek out care. I was referred to Dr. Sande by good friend. Within a few hours of my first adjustment that day's headache went away and I was able to sleep better. Following my care schedule recommended by Dr. Sande, within 2 weeks my neck pain had completely gone and my headaches never returned. I am now on a maintenance program where I go twice a month to keep things all in order and the benefits have been numerous, including more energy, able to run longer, etc. I'm only in my 30's, but this experience has taught me a lifelong lesson to maintain my health, including the health of my spine and nerves, so I can do the things I need to and want to in life. I have been receiving chiropractic care from Dr. Sande for several years and I am continually impressed with his knowledge and quality of service.
