Dr. O'Connell is incredibly intuitive and adept at recognizing imbalances in your body and finding the proper methods for helping you feel balanced and comfortably energized. Despite my quality diet, exercise and consistent self care I struggled to feel good, and she helped me to understand why I was sluggish and foggy. Within weeks of my first visit I am now sleeping better, I am able to relax when it's appropriate, and I feel my exercise is more tuned, my mental capacity is greater, and my mind is more crisp. I recommend Dr. O'Connell and the Remedy Testing to everyone I meet - it has made such a stellar improvement to my wellbeing, and I didn't need medication or hormone replacement. Dr. O'Connell performed nervous system chiropractic adjustments for me in conjunction with my Remedy Testing, and these adjustments are unlike any treatment I've ever had - not bone cracking as I've experienced in the past, but profound in results. Dr. Sara and Blooming Life Chiropractic has been such a great experience for me. Just after two visits I already started seeing results. I'm now sleeping better, have fewer allergies during peak season and most importantly, significant relief on my back. I love that Sara uses holistic practices and is so caring. Dr. Sara takes chiropractic care and customer service to a whole new level. Her family holistic center is a welcoming, cozy spot that creates emphasis on community, family, and support. My first adjustment with Sara was great and I couldn't be more pleased! She was so gentle during the adjustment and has helped relieve a lot of stress on my spine. She is helpful with her guidance on lifestyle choices to help with optimal health. I highly recommend!

I can't recommend Dr. O'Connell enough. We took our 10 week old to see her due to seeing so many doctors and not getting any answers other than scary and daunting diagnoses with medication being prescribed. Seeing Dr. O'Connell the 1st time we had a different baby and came away with answers to all our questions. She is so kind and gentle with our boy but also with us. We have gone from a crying and unhappy baby 90% of the time to a happy and smiling baby 90% of the time. We even got more than an hours sleep at a time at night. We will always recommend her to anyone and everyone. Once skeptics have now turned into believers and we owe Dr. O'Connell everything for giving us our baby back!!
