I got this service from Groupon. Good Deal. I was shocked to know that this was a one man (at least in LV, NV) operation. I was waiting for a huge van, with long hoses (because I am on the second floor), and like 2-3 people. NOPE. ONE PERSON in a truck with commercial duty equipment. A little more respect for that one person. DID AN AWESOME JOB. I hope he is getting compensated accurately!! Would DEF book again!! but maybe, not via Groupon. I want to pay the company retail value!! Service: General carpet cleaning

Update 1/7/22: I am happy to say that Be Green is not backing down from their promise to make things right, even though it's taken 3 months from me to reach back out to them. I just hung up and they are going to come back out and re-do the cleaning, which seems very generous of them. I will update this post when they are finished.
I'm sorry to say that I think the service we got was mediocre. I chose these guys based on the organic products they use. The carpets were in bad shape but it seemed to me like the young guy who showed up gave it a half-hearted attempt. If a door was partially opened, he would go around the door without either opening it all the way, or even getting behind the door. The service was supposed to include vacuuming at the end (I believe) and he asked me to vacuum in two hours after he left. I was pulling my hair out because my wife was in the hospital and I was moving by myself, so I chose to focus on other things rather than try to have them make it right, so I'm leaving a higher rating than I would have otherwise, as they didn't really have a chance to make it right, so instead of leaving a 1 star review, I'm leaving two stars. Either way, this service didn't meet my expectation, which was already pretty low based on the old carpets we have.
