From day one I had issues with this place . They call it luxury . However you can get something way better for way leas money . I lived here for 4 years and upon my lease coming to an end they asked us to move out . Fine by me . Its a lot of money to pay for something that has been a health hazard the last 2 years . Water damage . Mold . The office staff is rude and act so inconvenienced by any issue there may be . Not to mention the water was turned off randomly for days the entire month of November. Live anywhere but here trust me

Liars and thieves. I told them my move in dates were May and that online they have a listing for $1725 but they wouldn't honor it and said they'd keep me in touch if they found options for us. Then they emailed me "$1725 + $1000 move in bonus" but failed to disclose that it was for April both in the email and the phone. So I applied but they called back and said "sir this is for April" and refused to honor the $1725 + $1000 and refused me a refund. Despite having evidence of their original offer I was told "it doesn't matter, there's no refunds". They're blatant bait and switch scam artists who will try and gaslight you into thinking they can legally put up a "no refunds" sign while pulling off illegal activities. It's simple, I would have never applied if I was told this was for April - as I've told NUMEROUS of their workers. However they're unable to read or refuse to do so so they can scam you. Edit: look at their stupid corporate reply. Oh NOW you're going to honor the offer you sent to me to get me to apply in the first place? Stop trying to remind me why the prices are the way they are, it's irrelevant. The fact of the matter is your employee communicated to me a price within my time range then when he realized it was a mistake, you all kept my money and revoked the offer. "It was nice meeting you" I literally never met your team in person and the phone calls I had I called them the scamming two faced pieces of trash that they are so they for SURE didn't enjoy me. Quit your lying, it's so stupid.

We were visiting from out of state intending to find a place to live in a few months, so we dropped in for a tour on a Tuesday afternoon. The place wasn't a match for us for various reasons; however, I really wanted to call out how impressed I was with the leasing consultant Ashley K. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and did a fantastic job of showing us the property. I could imagine her being very successful working at a high end luxury property. Kudos Ashley!

Never not got my deposit back after 14 apartments this one is the first. They charge everyone here for new carpet automatically so they don't have to replace them. Be expected to pay 1k when you move out. Best go somewhere else.
