Aspen Ridge has been such a blessing in my life, I truly believe their therapy team is second to none! I participated in PHP, 2 levels of IOP, and received extensive trauma therapy with CBT and Brainspotting. The group therapy and addiction education were also extremely helpful. The staff at AR is caring, professional, and very skilled. I'm happy to say I have a bright future ahead and I'm so thankful for the lifelong Aspen Ridge Alumni community I now get to be a part of!

I am extremely grateful for the treatment I received at Aspenridge. The three months I spent there helped me build a foundation for the rest of my life. I have remained clean and sober since my stay there, and I built lasting relationships with some of the people I met there. I was in the darkest time I had ever experienced when I entered, and my life has changed immensely since I did. I am so glad I got to attend ARR’s PHP program. I would recommend Aspenridge to anyone who is ready to take steps towards recovery.
