He Called back in less the 5 minutes and came out in the time frame given (about 3 hours). He was very nice, professional, got the job done right away, and cleaned up any mess made.

How good are their services? Unfortunately I don't know. The only thing I can rate them on is how well they return calls. I would give them zero stars on that, because that's how many of my calls they have returned. But Google doesn't allow zero star reviews, so they get one star.
UPDATE: In response to the owner's reply that "they close on weekends" and "impossible to call you back if I don't have a message from you" and that I "must have called the wrong number.
All three are false. I've uploaded two screenshots from my phone. The first time I called AND LEFT A MESSAGE was on TUESDAY, May 4 at 3:04 PM. You'll note that the call lasted 33 seconds ... because I left a message.
They never called me back. I called the second time at 12:41 pm on WEDNESDAY, May 19. This one lasted 41 seconds because the message was a little longer (I referenced the fact that he hadn't called me back on May 9).
Again, he did not call me back. You'll note that the phone number on my screen shots matches the phone number on the Google listing. And the voice recording I heard both times I called said it was HIS business.
Jerry, you messed up. You failed to call a potential customer back. Twice. And then you double down and try to say that I did something wrong?
In the time it took you to write a false response to my review, you could have called me, apologized for not getting back to me, and scheduled a time to do the job.
I guess I'm glad you never called back. I can't imagine how bad you must be to actually work with once you show up if - instead of admitting when you made a mistake - you lash out at a potential customer on Google and blame them for your mistake.
