La Junta Clinic Valley-Wide Health Systems

The doctor barely helped me she barely spent anytime with me at all. They do not get back to you very fast. Waited a week for call back all just to be told they cannot give any information unless my dad calls. Worst Doctor's office to go to! They do not care to help people out.

They sat me in office, waited 30 minutes past my appointment time in there only to be told dr is tied up at hospital. They took my # and said they would call to reschedule as I see Dr only every 2 months. Its been 2 weeks now and they haven't rescheduled me yet and when I call the office I'm left on hold indefinitely. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE! Sad when this is who we are supposed to depend on. Get someone to answer the phone,, or better yet get someone who will actually call back like they said they would.. they don't call you,, you call them they don't answer the phone. no one cares at that front desk

My experience wasn't bad, took my mom there due to ear discomfort and sudden swelling at the ear when she chewed that caused so much pressure I think it hit a nerve because she had tingling in her hand and fingers then broke out in a sweat with intense pressure, they were attentive to our concerns and needs my mom felt they tried thier best to help. This was just 1 experience we do not belong to this physicians clinic so I should note that. But receptionist was polite and listened as was the nurses and those her treated her. Thank you for the kindness it's much needed these days!

Waited 2 hours for not one person to look into my 5yr old daughter's ear that was bothering her and had some blood in it. And even after I wanted to leave, the staff didn't seem to care about my daughter, my experience, nothing. Worse place to go.
