        I'm a 20 year retiree of the Army and 100% disabled veteran. I was passing through and was apauled that these people don't know basic flag etiquette. When flying the American flag with other flags, in this case the CO state and POW, wether on a single pole or multiple, the American flag is always flown the highest. I went over to inform them of this and was basically blown off stating..... it's been like that forever.
