We LOVED our cupcakes for our wedding. We had a gluten free cupcake as well as a dairy free cupcake and the flavors were not compromised at all! Everything was delicious and beautifully decorated. Our guests all complimented and went back for seconds! Our guests with dietary restrictions were also thrilled they were able to partake in the dessert without fear! I would not hesitate to book with vivians bakery for any of your events!

We moved here a year ago and the first few times we had a great experience but over the past few months, the service has been underwhelming. We attempted to custom order a cake but she needed about a week notice. We have attempted to purchase items in stock but they never seem to be available. The most recent example is with cinnamon rolls. We called Friday to see if they will be available on Saturday, of course they said "yes". We arrived at 8:00am, one lady was on the phone, another lady walked in a few minutes later. We inquired about cinnamon rolls, she had no idea idea when they would be ready and all the displays were completely empty. I'm not sure if they are just focusing on custom orders with a long notice but walking into this store seems to be un organized and overwhelmed staff.

Kristin (owner) was great to work with for our wedding. She made us three very custom mini desserts (gluten free cobbler, pistachio cupcake, tiramisu) as well as a mini wedding cake for the cutting ceremony. She put on a lovely tasting for the couple and our parents which was included in the overall package. My only corrective feedback would be to plan ahead of time how the bakery is going to get their trays/platters back.
