        Machine is always malfunctioning. I reserved a movie and when I went to pick up the rental the machine was down and was unable to get my rental. I also could not return a game the same day do to the machine not working. Now I'm out the movie rental and got charged for another one day game rental. This machine is in keenesburg colorado 80643. You Redbox people need this box fixed or replace the machine. I now have to drive 20 minutes out of my way to return game and maybe rent the movie I lost out on. Thanks alot Redbox this machine is the only here in town and now do to constant malfunctioning we have to drive 20 minutes away to rent anything or return a rental.

        We will probably stop using Redbox because it is rare for us to get a movie that doesn't skip large portions of the movie. They also always scratched and/or dirty which makes the skipping worse. We're better off just buying the movie.
