        Terrible communication. Wasted 6 months of planning to last minute say they couldnt do it at the cost quoted. They were in my house multiple times with measurements and definitely could have communicated this at consult. The only good thing they did was give my deposit back, but they wasted my time. The son took over and Im positive this is why this happened, his lack of experience in quotes and knowledge on jobs was shown. I would not recommend this company.

        I gouged my floor, and Rocky Mountain Kitchen & Bath had a serviceman come out same day to remove and replace the two damaged boards. These people are metrical workers! Jeff did great work and was very professional, polite and efficient. Thank you Drew for your kindness and working with your team to squeeze me into your schedule last minute. Thank you Liz for your communication throughout the process. This team delivers high performance work with outstanding customer service. I will definitely be a returning customer here!

        We needed an ADA compliant ensuite bath for our master bedroom. It's stylish, beautiful and came in on budget! RMKB was very responsive, professional and cheerfully resolved even tiny issues. We'd use them again - but hopefully, we intend to never remodel again. So we recommend them wholeheartedly for any kitchen or bath remodeling job. Services: Tile work installation, Kitchen cabinet door replacement, Paint indoors, Remodeling, Drywall installation, Plumbing fixture installation, Kitchen cabinet refacing

      Sarah, thank you for your review. Just to clarify a few things...we were disappointed we didn't meet your expectations on the timeline of the design process and that the final proposal price didn't work for your budget. The initial estimate from our site visit was a price range and not an exact "quote." Since we work on guaranteed fixed-price contracts only, and don't charge any extra for our design services, we were making every effort to include fair and accurate pricing on every item included in the scope of work. I was hoping the full refund of the signed non-refundable design consultation agreement would have been compensation enough to avoid this review, especially since our last meeting took place several months ago. I personally started this company from scratch and I have been serving clients as a general contractor here in Colorado since 2009. My dad has only been involved in the company since last year as an employee. This is the first time we've ever received a one star review and it certainly is surprising. We will continue to strive to give our clients the professional remodeling experience they deserve. Again, my apologies to you.
