      image I can see why this place has such high ratings! Personally I think they need to be higher! Tony took care of my vehicle needs and was kind, professional, and experienced. My car works better than before and Ill keep coming back again and again!

      image Not sure why the reviews are so high here. I was given an inspection report with an estimate of over $4000 of "immediate work" needed for the vehicle. Mind you, I did not take the vehicle in for any repair work, my car was running perfectly fine, just needed an oil change! This really concerned me so I ended up getting a couple more inspections done from nearby shops and found my car needed no immediate work! The shops suggested I do the work eventually but said it was up to me and that everything looks fine. I asked the shops to provide an estimate for when I'm ready to do the repairs, and they were half the cost of what the Big-O quote was. The inspection report is nice and provides pictures which is why I gave the second star, but just be careful with the "immediate attention" column and do your due diligence, or you will get gouged.

      image I have been going to the Big O tire in Highlands Ranch for several years. I am totally pleased with all the services, but most importantly, Im very pleased and most appreciative of Tony. While all of your counter workers are good Tony makes me feel welcomed understand my concerns and goes the extra mile to make sure I understand everything that needs to be done to my 2018 Nissan rogue. My preference is to work with Tony all the time he is a true asset to your company.
