I told this company to stop sending me "cold call" emails two or three times, with no option to unsubscribe on their emails. I told them I would write them a 1-star review if they persisted, and they called my bluff and kept doing it. So here I am, making good on my word.

I was super happy with Zen Planner for a long time, then they sold me on a third party service, AAC, that was a huge mistake. I was promised all these billing collections and great customer service, which was not delivered on. They claimed numbers for bills that my manager collected, not them. I had multiple customers complain about the interaction and the lack of caring or understanding. I now asked the service to not do any of the tasks that were in the contract because they were all performed horribly. Now, of course, I cannot get out of this ridiculous contract for them doing absolutely no work anymore. So now I pay an outrageous fee for an unused service which I would gladly pay the service fee for it, but to pay per member when they are doing no work seems unfair. The worst part of all of this was when I discussed this with Zen Planner, they talked with me for a short time and now have ignored me for a month. DO NOT FALL FOR THE ADD-ON SERVICE.

There are many things to like about Zen Planner, but a major problem is that their software goes down at key times. We've lost several members, because there software goes down from hours on time. They don't provide you any advanced notice. When you try to sign a new client and your software doesn't, we look like amateurs. Zen Planner does not care. They do not provide you any compensation for failing provide the software. Moreover, the user interface does not work consistently. You'll click items such as calendar items, and it won't work properly. This software is too expensive for such poor functionality. ZP, your clients deserve better. Step it up please. And for a CRM, you should provide your clients advance notice by text and email of any planned outages. And you should have backup servers should your service go down.

The place is nice, with the down sizing the place can get messy but its always in top shape the next day.
