I contacted The Deck Guy via phone and email several times. Finally I was able to speak with Barron, who asked that I text him the information to schedule a consultation and he would get back with me that same night. I never heard back from him, even after texting and calling back the next day.

I had The Deck Guy repair a very neglected deck and I am extremely happy with the results. Barron and Steve were great to work with and Joel and Eduardo did excellent work. They showed up when they said they were going to show up, they collaborated with me to find out what was important to me, their pricing is extremely fair, and they executed the repairs flawlessly. I know this was not a large job for these guys, but it was very important to me and they far exceeded my expectations. And even though this was not a huge job for them, they treated me like I mattered and like it was important to them to do a great job. Other contractors quoted me double, and in some cases triple, what The Deck Guy charged me. I cannot say enough good things about my whole experience with the staff/crew from The Deck Guy. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who needs help with their deck. Thanks again to Joel, Eduardo, Steve, and Barron.
