Aspen Family Care & Aspen Medical Aesthetics

After the last two incidents with Aspen Family Care - I am editing my review from 5 to 1 star. Ill keep the former review below. I am not sure what myself or any decent living soul did to warrant the recent treatment Ive experienced but it is despicable. Its a shame to see what AFC has become. Previous Review: I highly recommend Dr. Grate. She has consistently come through for me, listened and given me honest medical advice and treatment. Very grateful.

I just came here to say that Dr. Pires and Valentine are pretty great. I would recommend them to anyone who asks. They are personable, warm, kind, extremely knowledgeable and have a great bedside manner. Check them out for yourself!

They dangled a job once. Never called me back. They actually called me. And never called me back. They are unreliable.

02/26/2024: Another incident happened today that I scheduled an appointment at 9:30am initially and I had to reschedule. Got call in the morning for rescheduling to 1:30pm from scheduling call center. But when I went at 1:30pm, the appointment is showing as cancelled in their system. It's horrible that they are wasting people's time with their incapable systems. Old incident: We were going to Aspen Family Care from past 3 years or so. This time when we went for the annual physical and the lab work was ordered to LabCorp directly for me and my wife. Booking appointment for LabCorp was taking almost 2 to 4 weeks. I went for the lab work and they took the specimen but the results came after 5 days with many phone calls to LabCorp, apparently in results they mentioned that specimen was not sufficient to complete all the required tests. Also for my wife appointment, they don't have an order and asked us to call Aspen Family Care to have the order resend through fax. Immediately we called Aspen Family Care and asked to send the order because we are at LabCorp appointment waiting to give specimen and Aspen Family Care told that it will take a day or two to send the orders again. Now we need to book the appointment and we may get after 2 to 4 weeks. When patient is waiting for the lab work, we should be able to send the order immediately or else the order should be given to the patient so that we will not have these kind of issues.
