        I had to call the 1800 number every 6 months (when I had to renew my policy) because they refused to give me several discounts that I qualified for. Take care of your customers, they shouldn’t have to go over your head to get the discounts they qualify for and deserve.

        I have tried numerous times calling them to go over my policy and left many voicemails and they never answer and never return my calls. I'm about to call a local agent and see if I can have my stuff transferred over to someone that will take the time out of their day to call me back and be able to discuss my needs.
