I had set up an appointment for my kiddo and I. I had first available for him and I requested Jennifer. I knew I was early and was willing to wait. Evelyn took my child and did their hair first which was great. But immediately took me. I didn't know what was going on. So I sat in her chair. In my appointment I asked for a cut and style. I got the the cut but I had to ask to blow dry my hair "more" and she didn't attempt to style it. She told me she didn't have time because she has an appointment coming in. I also still have conditioner in my hair from my included wash and it feels really gross in my hair. Needless to say, I am not happy with my cut or the lack of getting what I asked for when I made the appointment. Evelyn was really nice and all, but my appointment was not with her and I didn't get what I wanted. I felt very rushed and am inconvenience to the staff. ****************************************************************** Since my review, Stacy the owner reached out to make things right. In the past I have seen Danny as well and Cici made sure Danny fixed my hair. I am beyond happy with my look and the promptness to fix all of this. Danny, hands down is the best and listens to what you want done to your hair!

have the worst hot roots Ive ever seen in my life, I came in to go darker to avoid needing to continue getting my hair done to maintain a platinum blonde and Maria absolutely botched my hair. The worst part is that they knew it was a botch job, they tried to reassure me that it was normal and rushed me out after washing the dye out. Didnt let me see the color job fully dry, so I didnt get to see the disaster until I got home. I regret everything. I literally just wanted a level 7 blonde and end up with red roots, Im sick over this

Im so thankful to have found my stylist in Sandy. She is so delightful and highly skilled. I feel like Im getting a steal of a deal every time I go to her for a cut. I used to go to a lady in Fort Collins I loved so much who charged me $40 for a haircut (fair) and Sandy does just as great a job for $25 and in half the time. I dont know how she does it! Ive also come here for color and highlights which also were done beautifully by Sandy. Thank you for always having such professional staff and being so accommodating to both walk ins and appointments. I wont go anywhere else.

Danny was the nicest person ever. We went from a dry seaweed green to healthy dark blue highlights and i couldnt be happier!!

I had an appointment schedule at 12:45 and I was completely blown off. They were too busy. Whats the point of making a schedule? If you have a busy schedule and want good customer service. Dont come here.
