I would not recommend this company. The appraisal was less then it was origianlly since he figured that we are from a small town instead of durango. He cut the size of my house by almost 200 feet. He was a nice person but his appraisals are not true they are undercut from the other companies. I would not have used this person but the financ company chose him. Like I said if you want your house appraised go to a different company, I have the paperwork for the size of my house and he refused to look at it, even thought my house was just built
