Bryen Lovelady (salesman), went above and beyond, trying to get me the truck that I reserved. I do understand there are multiple areas out of Bryen's control that he had nothing to do with, for why the truck I reserved, I did not receive. The 2 start above and the 3 recommendation are probably based more industry wide than anything (chip shortage, port shortage, etc). Even though I was still unable to get the truck I reserved after 6 months and settled for a different truck, I would still recommend Bryen Lovelady as a salesman to anyone. He is the only reason I would do business with GMC in the future
