I had no electrical power to my Dodge Ram pickup one night leaving Gypsum one evening. The next morning I was able to get my truck to Integra and they quickly diagnosis the issues. They were very professional and fairly priced.

We were here for an AC repair back in May. The repair went well, but we have a new major ding in the door of our van. I noticed it a day after the van was at Integra. The ding is in the sliding door itself and not in the frame of the door. The only way this would have occurred is to open the door into something. My wife or I would have obviously remembered doing this. When I brought the issue up to the gentleman at Integra he was immediately dismissive of my concerns. I was told that they are an honest shop with cameras in the workspaces, and that is why we have insurance. They looked at the ding and told me that the owner was the only one that could look at the cameras. I was told he would review them and be in contact with us. We never got any word from Integra after that. We became busy, and were not able to follow up again in a timely manner. Needless to say I will not allow Integra to work on any of my vehicles again. I attached pictures, as you can see it appears that someone opened the door into something solid.
