I just wanted to share with you my amazing buying experience I had with the assistance of one of your brokers, Michael Hardey. I was/am an out of state buyer (OR) and I've worked in the industry (Escrow) for about 15 years. His sister Jennifer (works locally for my company) referred me to him. Best decision I ever made. It's challenging enough, purchasing a home site unseen. Throw in my industry knowledge and type A personality, its exhausting. Michael kept me updated, informed, and frequently checked in to make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I didn't feel the need to be hands-on, like I have in past real estate transactions. I was able to focus on packing and getting ready to embark on my journey of moving back to Denver. It really was the most incredible experience. He exceeded my expectations! My mom is looking forward to working with him, to find her dream home in Denver. I really struck gold when Jenn referred him to me. And now I get to move into my dream home!
