Patrick Murray sold my home and did an excellent job! He lined up the photographer, roofer, HVAC inspector and others to sell the home quickly, which saved me a lot of hassle.But, he's not a realtor that tries to get the seller to sell quickly with a low price!I was given all the information to choose a price, all the reviews of  potential buyers who toured the house. We sold at a good price in a fair amount of time.I have only good things to say about my experience with Patrick, and would recommend him.

I highly recommend Pat Murray. I had a very difficult and very long home search and I don't think I would have found my home if it wasn't for Pat. His knowledge of neighborhoods and home values helped me sort through all those over-priced homes out there. He was very patient and very thorough and VERY RESPONSIVE getting me to see homes within hours of their listings and quickly responding to my texts. Pat will go above and beyond for you!

I don't know how to begin to tell you how grateful we are to have found Patrick as our real estate agent. We interviewed quite a few agents before we decided on Patrick and one thing that stuck out immediately was his down-to-earth and straightforward nature. Something that is much appreciated and hard to find in the realm of real estate. As first-time home sellers, we had lots of questions and uncertainties but he was readily available every single step of the way. Day or night! I can honestly say that Patrick is one of the hardest working people of have come across. He is also super knowledgeable in his craft and has contacts in the industry that were invaluable during our home selling process. It could not have worked out better for us. If you are reading this review in search of an agent, please save yourself the time. I assure you it cannot get any better than Patrick.

I add another star if I could. I have bought and sold several times but he made this the smoothest yet. He has all the tools an agent should use and no photos taken with a phone. Highly recommend .

We were fortunate to have Patrick represent us to sell our home. He is experienced, knows the market and is a great communicator. He always answered my texts, emails or phone calls quickly. Selling during the Covid pandemic wasn't easy. We are glad we had Patrick on our side, walking us through the various options we had to sell our home. I would highly recommend Patrick if you need help buying or selling your home.
