I informed Jahnique that I did not want to continue with applying for a loan. She refused to give back paperwork when I asked for it back. The entire process was incredibly shady and I didn't feel comfortable with them having such sensitive information. Jahnique kept requesting asking for more information than was needed to complete the transaction. I was given a sheet consisting of confidential information and what information can be shared and told me I need to contact corporate. Would not give me the number to corporate either this is unprofessional and will be filing a complaint with the company. It is my right legally to request to have financial information returned back to me.

I have never been a fan of check cashing places Tiffany and Raul totally changed my perspective. Not only were they extremely professional polite courteous and kind they did everything that they could to help make sure I had everything I needed. My situation was unique and of course difficult and they both were completely amazing I have never experienced customer service better than I did today It totally makes sense why they have a five star rating and everybody raves about them What a fantastic establishment to hire and have employed such amazing people thank you again so much for everything you did for me today you were both total Lifesavers

Tiffany Juarez is amazing, she was very polite and patient with our 2 party check and made it happen we got a 6.3k check cashed under 10 minutes. Thank you very much! I would recommend anyone here. Goood Job
