Bonnie Mucklow

I can't even rate Ms Mucklow at a 1 star. She insisted on bringing my ex-husband into the room during therapy with our son. She continually allowed him to verbally abuse me, berate and belittle me in front of our son; even after numerous pleas to stop doing so. My relationship suffered greatly and eventually has disintegrated due in large part to her horrible approach to our problem. I would not recommend her at all under any circumstances. She allowed my ex-husband to take over sessions, talk over both of us and be rude to me and to her in front of our son. If you need help, find another therapist.Of course, she always wanted to be paid at time of services, which are worth absolutely NOTHING! Don't waste your time, energy, emotional well being or anything else on Ms Mucklow. She RUINED my relationship with my son which was already severely damaged by my ex-husband and she allowed him to make the situation even worse. She has no business being in her profession

We had an appointment today at 11:00am. Bonnie never showed nor gave a courtesy call to let us know the deal. Took off work and drove all the way across town just to show up and wait for an hour and not be seen. This is unacceptable when someone is in need of services for their child. Definitely will not be re-scheduling. Hopefully next provider is more professional.

Bonnie is awesome! Her 40 years plus experience helped my younger 3 kids, all which have different, unique challenges. They actually liked going to counseling with Bonnie. Bonnie is phenomenal with kids (and families) and is successful with obtaining responses & interactions from my kids. Unlike some counselors which simply ask questions, Bonnie askes questions AND puts a plan in place which inevitably brings accountability to the family. In addition, with families which have strained parent relationships, she will email both parents with a issue in an attempt for the parents to understand the issue and problem solve the issue. I can't say enough positive things about Bonnie!

Bonnie Mucklow is one of the most outstanding therapists in Denver. I've known and worked with her for more than 20 years and recommend her highly and without qualification.
