Precious Paws Grooming

My partner was referred from Cheryl to another groomer 17th and Pawlished. Cheryl said she wasnt grooming no more but still advertising she is came to the address before and the owner said shes no longer here but shows this address this is false advertisement poor on your behalf. Dont advertise your open and show a address then your not there also stay away from 17th and Pawlished!

So my first experience with Cheryl was not the best. She quoted me one thing then i came back and was way more then was quoted the groom was just okay. So we went ahead and paid anyways getting a service done. And there was just something different with her. Said she has been grooming for a long time and yet when we saw her through the windows she was struggling very bad. She was very rough with the dog she was working on. Her area was very dirty looking not professional at all. She had our dog for like 4 hours. By the time we got our dog he seemed super scared. I did see a dog get off of her table and pretty much hung it self. I saw this after we picked up the dog and headed up the stairs. This poor dog was literally hanging from her loop lead that was on the dog. I do not recommend going to her I dont write post but cherry really is a bad groomer rude to us because so werent happy with the groom she turned it on us saying it was out fault the dog was acting like this. People really be careful on going to Cheryl grant aka precious paws grooming. We will not be going back to her nor recommending anyone go to her. She kind of a hateful person and not professional on her grooming.

She won't groom my dogs ever. I have witnessed her leaving dogs hanging from leashes on the table. She is abrupt to the pups. She isnot a very nice person. She needs to lose her license for grooming.

We have been taking our 2 dogs to Cheryl for 5 years now and we LOVE her! She always does an AMAZING job and our pups love going to her as well and get so excited when they see Cheryl which makes me feel comfortable leaving my pups with her. (:
