image Their billing department is aweful. They are impossible to reach, and don't have "Autopay via CC" or consistent notifications of existing invoices. I was actually taken to collection, not realizing I had numerous $14.00 invoices in their system. I would look for any alternatives possible. On a single positive note- the Dr. was very helpful.

image They have gone from a fairly decent company to horrible over the last couple years. Ordering CPAP supplies always takes several calls before they are actually ordered. Order items two weeks ago, checked with them today and was told they are waiting on insurance. Contacted the insurance company, Banner has not submitted a claim or inquiry. This is not the first time they have stated they are waiting on insurance approval and when I contact the insurance they have not heard from Banner. FYI I have an approval for Jun 2021 thru Oct 2022 for Banner Home Medical and have order items on this approval so they should have it on hand...

image Ordering CPAP supplies from them is a nightmare. It will take multiple calls and months for them to finally get my order in, and half the time once I get it they ordered it under my father and sent me the wrong supplies. My CPAP machine was recently recalled and it took 8 months to finally get them to order me a new machine while I was using one that was recalled for giving people cancer. Something needs to be done before someone gets seriously hurt without their medical equipment. I have been ordering supplies from them since 2017 and each time I need new supplies they make me go into my doctor to get a prescription.. fun fact sleep apnea doesn't go away if he gave me a prescription 5 years in a row..... I'm probably going to still need it.

image My experience at Banner Health medical was fantastic. Ray was very knowledgeable about my machine and made me feel very comfortable show me how to use my CPAP machine more affectively and help me find the better fitting nose piece. Im sure Ill sleep soundly tonight because of ray.
