        Thank you to all the ED staff you do amazing work and care for the smallest cut to the real sick. You are all angels in my eyes.

        The only reason this isnt a zero is because the staff was friendly and good with my daughter. I took her in due to a fever coming back and bad stomach pain and a severe headache and neck pain. Going in they immediately said strep. Didnt test for anything else but Covid. I ended up taking her to another urgent care and they did nothing. Then to childrens hospital. Which is where we got answers. She had an ear infection, blood in her urine and pneumonia. Which to be fair her lungs sounded clear. Every doctor did check that. Childrens tho said with the fever coming back and the stomach plane that indicates pneumonia in some kids.

        Banner was amazing I took my daughter in for some pain she was having they took us bad fast and they were so friendly and showed they cared they took care of the pain right away and took her to do test and didn't hesitate we will be going to banner all the time
