I took my Jeep in to get fixed and the quote was great. They said they could get the motor in a few days I said perfect and paid for the engine ahead of time. My brother passed away and I had 2 weeks to get back to Chicago and my Jeep was sitting there with the engine out new one next to it still unopened. I asked a worker because couldn’t find anyone and he said the guy had to leave to Mexico and will be back in a couple days. So 1-2 weeks pass and I go grab the car I have no invoices I have no problem warranty info on my remanufactured and with only 50 miles since the new motor was put in it’s leaking oil just sitting now. Been trying to get ahold of someone but no answers. No I’m being quoted 1000 for labor to fix the leak from shops in Chicago. This was an emergency I’m glad I towed it home because I would’ve had another blown motor...
