I had a shower waste water flood on Christmas eve. -That was fun. I had mold contamination that was widespread, asbestos, and a significant amount of water damage that had been occurring for quite some time. I contacted a few companies and Mesa Restoration was the most responsive at the onset. They were here quicker than others for an initial consultation and I was impressed with their approach, candid manner, transparency, and knowledge. This team won me over before other teams even made it over for an initial consultation, in fact, they started work bofore others could even make it over. Once I brought them on board, I was satisfied from start to finish with the communication, professionalism, connections to other quality contractors, and job completion details. They work hard and do an incredibly thorough job. I tend to have unnecessarily high expectations and this team surpassed them all. Start to finish, this group is pro.

No one ever wants to call a restoration company, but when disaster strikes, Mesa Restoration is 100% the company you should call! They spent over a week in our home and were prompt, polite, and professional. They worked efficiently and clearly communicated with us through every step of the recovery process. They provided helpful information and guidance, were honest with their pricing, and generous with their equipment. They were readily available to answer every question we had. Recovery efforts can be tremendously stressful for those that experience them, and Mesa Restoration genuinely cares about getting you through it and back to your life! We highly recommend them! Theyve treated us fairly, respectfully, and like good friends. We are certain they will take great care of you too.

We were on a tight schedule to get a water leak fixed. I called and they were here within a half an hour. So courteous and helpful. Did a great job with the work and the cleanup. I would use them anytime I needed to have something done in my home.
