Found this place online and stayed for two days. This is everything a B&B should be. You get an awesome room and tons of other amenities and a great breakfast. This place is super quiet and not in the middle of a bunch of busy streets. It's next to a farm. When I say next to a farm, I mean the property is literally right next to a farm. It's beautiful and the owners have thought of everything with regard to the guests' comfort. Dave was a great host and has a great personality and is a very humble and wise man and he is a nurturing human being. We didn't get a chance to meet his lovely wife, but I'm sure she is a pleasure also. We will definitely be going back to this place! Highly recommended!

This is a nice bed and breakfast with very nice breakfast. I will warn you that if you can not arrive by 6 PM be prepared to have $25 added to your bill. I was informed that it was noted in the policy section of the web site but as most busy business people I have never in 30 years of traveling worried about my "hotel" adding a charge for a "late check" in of after 6PM.

My first stay in a B&B in Grand Junction. This one was really charming with a fabulous setting. The back yard has a pond, old barns & a cow pasture beyond and is set up to also do weddings. The food was homemade using lots of the fabulous locally grown fruits and veggies... The first morning was a Belgian Waffle with Hot Apple topping made with the apples from their back yard along with a veggie & cheese omelette's and sausage. Chocolate chip cookies & brownies were the snacks the two days.. Morning two was a souffle, Canadian bacon and fresh plum cobbler.. YUM!! Our room was pretty basic, only downside was the bathroom was across the hall and there was a tricky step that could easily be tripped on at night. I also thought it would have been nice to supply those fluffy bathrobes that most B&B's have if you have to wander the halls to the facilities. The hosts were great, very chatty and helpful if we had questions.
