GRAND WEST KIA

I made an appointment for 1:30 in the afternoon thinking just after lunch be in and out. I understand being short-handed but to be told that people who came in and choose to wait as a walk in were put ahead of appointments is not good. I don't live in grand junction I had to have my son in law pick us up and wait at their house.when I called at 4pm they had to check on my car, by miracles they were just pulling it in the bay. If I hadn't called what then it will be ready tomorrow. Very sloppy service almost makes me sorry I bought my car from you. Iam not sure if I will be back for the other oil changes,and your people telling us it will violate my warranty doesn't help. get your service dept in order or you may lose more people. So where was the service manager did he roll up his sleeves and help out , probably not since I waited so long after being told it would be ready in 2 hrs. My salesman who sold me the car was great, but a business is made or broken by their service dept
