I got dry needling done with Dr. Meredith. I came in barely able to hold my own neck up. After one dry needling session I could finally relax and not be in constant pain. Within 3 sessions I was right as rain and was given exercises to begin strengthening that area so I dont need to keep coming in. She also did the same thing with my husbands back! 2 years in the army and he still doesnt have pain!

I came to Fit with my sister-in-law while visiting the area. Tough workouts, great coaching, clean gym and lots of equipment. I definitely recommend!

I started at the gym trying a 6 week challenge. I was greeted by the staff and made welcome by all the members at the gym. When the challenge was over, I continued going because I love the atmosphere. They have a great community of people with a common goal to help our minds and bodies. I highly recommend FIT.

FIT Grand Junction is absolutely amazing. Dr. Meredith and Chris worked together seamlessly to help me rehab from a debilitating injury to absolutely the best shape I've ever been in. They combined physical therapy, dry needling, and intense but fully personalized workouts to help me get in the best shape of my life. I've always been very active, but was floundering for months with a painful injury before I went to FIT GJ.
They worked with my MD to create a personalized rehab plan that helped me heal while getting back in shape.
The class schedule is varied enough to accommodate most needs. All the equipment is brand new and top quality. The classes are varied, ranging from slow and easy stability classes to hour-long sweat-fests. The atmosphere is challenging but always supportive and fun and encouraging. I can't say enough good things about FIT GJ.
Best of all, Chris and Dr. Meredith are truly good people and an absolute joy to be around.
