        To be clear, I havent gotten work done with them & they were nice seeming. But telling me 30-70k just for a kitchen, 20-30k per bathroom... flat out insane. Its clear there is enough demand that companies can become extremely predatory & will simply quote laughably insane numbers & those rich & desperate enough will be the only ones booking their time. When the market corrects lets see how you fare. I'd rather do the entire job myself & save literally 100k & can gaurentee my standards at zero experience yield better results. Then I'll buy another house with what you would have charged to upgrade 1 kitchen 1 bath.
