Trust the most recent reviews!!!! We took a chance on this place trying to get my house ready to be sold. Reviews were 50/50 so we thought, why not. Well, let me tell you why not; cleaners were here for 2 hours. The only thing we asked them to do was clean all of the walls (2 bedrooms & the living area) and clean all of the windows (1 screen door and 4 bedroom windows). Baseboards were cleaned but they didn’t even care to dust the walls to make it SEEM like they cleaned. One of the rooms was frequented by dogs so the walls had standing dirt that needed to be cleaned. After they left, I could use a wet paper towel to wipe the dirt off showing they didn’t even touch it. (See pictures) then on top of that, they took out all window screens to deep clean the windows but when they tried to put them back in, they bent every. Single. Screen. These screens are custom sized due to the year when this house was built so replacing them would cost ~$500 EACH. Screens are absolutely destroyed and ripped and bent and cannot be replaced. We attempted to contact Wendy though text, call, email and she said the cleaners would come back out at 4:30 today and lookie here, they never showed. Don’t waste your time. They’ll make you pay before they come and they’ll just put you in a bad situation with the “cleaning” they’ll do. Wendy, please contact me to make this right. We have already reached out too many times due to your careless cleaners and you have been extremely unhelpful getting this taken care of. My house is worse off now since the “cleaners” showed up

BUYER BEWARE!!! DO NOT HIRE!! PAID AS REQUIRED PRIOR TO SERVICE AND THEY NO SHOWED FOR THEIR CLEANING!!! THEY DO BUSINESS AS TOP DOWN CLEANING SERVICE AS WELL! MORE REVIEWS ON THAT SITE!!! AGAIN DO NOT USE!!!! AS A REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONAL I AM WANTING TO WARN EVERYONE THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS AND LIARS!

This represents $435 worth of deep cleaning after five hours. Team was 6 hours late. Missed almost everything, certainly all the significant dirt or grime in home. Strange payment situation = huge red flag. Do not send ACH money to this business.

DO NOT hire this company!!!!!! We had to pay $435 up front, an ACH transfer, they didn’t show up, then rescheduled and they say they showed up, we couldn’t tell! Nothing had been cleaned!!! We thought it was a scam, but these are real people who say they cleaned and there was NO cleaning done!!! We spent 8 hours cleaning my late mother’s house after we paid for this service!! You can not ever get a hold of anyone either, their phones go to a busy signal!! Do NOT HIRE them!!! You will loose your money

I hired Grand Junction Cleaning Services, also known as Colorados Cleaning Services, and Isaak & Penelopes LLC for a move out cleaning. The cleaner didn't show up for the appointment. I had to call them to find out why and reschedule. The cleaner didn't show up for the reschedule appointment and it took hour to get ahold of anyone at the company. The cleaner didn't show up for the third appointment either. Three different days, three different appointments and they never showed up. It's also impossible to get ahold of anyone as the calls go straight to voicemail, 2 of the 3 voicemail boxes are full and the third never responds. I didn't get a response via e-mail either. Updated 06/25/2021 I was finally able to get ahold of them, though it took more than a week after they were supposed to originally show up to do so. I was told at that time that they had three cleaners quit and the owner was out of town which is why I was not able to get a hold of anyone sooner. I finally did get my money back though it took about a month. Service: Move-out cleaning
