        Ken was the GC for our garage/workshop addition. He was on-site most of the time and did much of the work himself. The sub-contractors (concrete, electrical, framing, roofing) were all good and well managed, and he made sure that the details were right. The project was done on budget and just how we wanted it. I like that Hillcrest is a local business, and Ken takes the time to do the job right.
