Still waiting to be referred to a physical therapist... 28 months later now still no referral.

If I could give them negative 5 stars I would. Incompetent and unprofessional describes them perfectly. They neglect their patients, never do what they say they are going to do; and shouldn't be allowed to practice at all. PATHETIC group of folks!! DON'T make the mistake of going to this lousy place.

I had never been here before but I was ill before an upcoming vacation and they 1) are close to my office and 2) were able to schedule an appointment quickly. I met with the nurse practitioner, Tiffany, and she did a wonderful job ensuring that we covered all of the bases, not only to send me away on the road to recovery before I left, but also with a few follow up items for the long term. She was very approachable. The front desk staff was also friendly and efficient. Perfect for a quick in and out appointment. It's a smaller, older practice...It was nice not feeling like just another name on an over-booked schedule to see a rushed doctor. I would certainly return, but hopefully I remain well and don't need to!

Very friendly and professional. I have seen them on multiple occasions and they are always able to help with what I need.

Honestly, if it weren't for Dr. Remaly, who I like, this rating would be lower. The nurses here (who never smile) are quite rude and don't return calls when you leave them a message on the nurses line. Last month, I called and left two messages regarding immunization for traveling abroad. Neither call was returned. A week later, I had to call a third time and actually reached someone. Take yesterday for instance, I was in to see Dr. Remaly and he wrote me a prescription. This morning I dropped off my prescription at King Soopers, only to find out this evening that the pharmacist needs clarification and left numerous messages at Simms Crossing and the calls were not returned. Now, I am leaving the country tomorrow and might be without the medication I need. On many occasions you call and the phone just keeps ringing with no answer and no option to leave a message. Also, when you have lab work done, you cannot discuss the results with the doctor, only the nurse. If you want to speak to the doctor, you have to make another appointment. I'm getting tired of this. I do like Remaly but this place is so poorly run it's hard to find reasons to stay. Incidentally, the office seems to be run-down and in disrepair. As you enter, the first thing you see is a massive stain on the carpet that has been there for months. The walls in the waiting area look like they've had severe moisture damage. And the examination rooms are run down as well. It looks like someone did a really poor job flipping this office building, slapped a new coat of paint on the walls and called it good. On the bright side, the new receptionist, I think her name is Shannon, is friendly and helpful. Much better than the previous receptionist. As I said at the beginning, if it weren't for Dr. Remaly, there is no way I would continue to come here. This place needs some serious work in more ways than one.
