        Horrible uppity attitude. Doesnt return messages. Then told me hed listen to my truck and then said im not sure if I want to work on it As if a 03 ford was too much for him to deal with. I wont be recommending their services ever again to anyone I know.

        I took my car for a complete transmission flush a few months ago. A few months after the service, my engine light appeared with a transmission code. So I did a transmission fluid flush myself. The transmission fluid was extremely dirty and the plug had a significant amount of metal on it. No way a few months of driving would have caused this. It appears the flush never took place. Tom, if you would like I can call you to discuss. Service: Transmission
