I was a house manager at Applewood Our House and I can’t say better things. It’s a very familial environment to work in. I didn’t feel like I ever went to work, but instead went somewhere to enjoy my day. The residents are the best and so is the staff. They really care about everyone that works there. Residents get the highest quality care. 10/10 recommend.

My mother moved into Applewood Our House in Golden about 6 months ago. She needs a caring, secure home and we could not be happier with our choice. The staff is kind, engaged and attentive and there has been little to no turnover, which is one of our most important metrics when judging a quality employer. The food is fresh and appealing. There are activities galore and outings once a week. They also have a house dog, who makes my Mom and the others residents smile and feel like caregivers themselves. We are so glad we found this place and so is my Mom, which is the most important metric of all!

Our experience with Applewood has been nothing but positive. They have done an amazing job welcoming my mother and helping her through this difficult transition. The staff is all so dedicated to the residents, to make it the best home environment.
