My wife and I decided to redo the main floor of our home. The scope of work included the kitchen, living room, dining room, family room, master bathroom too. We started the demo March 10th. COVID-19 stopped everything March 13th. Needless to say, our timing was horrible! Capital Construction did everything they could to move forward and complete the project. Kelli, Tony, Adam and the team are the best! They communicated each step, process, drawing and idea in a professional manner. Capital Construction is 100% on point and the best at making it happen. We are so pleased with the work they did. Our house is beautiful!

Capital Construction Custom Homes put two skylights in our living room. From providing the initial quote to project completion, the company was professional and efficient. The various construction crews were professional yet friendly, and project scheduling was communicated clearly. The work area was kept tidy and work progressed quickly – both important when the project is in the middle of the living area. Quotes, contracts, and billing were clear, quick, and efficient. We hired Capital Construction to finish our basement, which included adding a living area, office area, kitchenette, bathroom, and guest bedroom. Their bid came in comparable to the other bids we had, but after meeting with Kelli, we knew we wanted to go with them, feeling like we would get great customer service and we absolutely did. Everything from the planning phase to execution was done amazingly well and communication was always very thorough and up front. Kelli really took the time to get to know us, what styles we liked, and how the space would be used and what was important to us to provide for our guests that come visit and she did a great job at recommending things that fit into those needs. She also came up with ideas that made the space more functional and way better than what we had in mind. We had crews in our home for about 10 weeks and they were always professional and you can tell that they all take a lot of pride in their work. Even now that they are done, I notice little details that show they care about the quality and craftsmanship of their build. We absolutely love our space and will hire them again in the future when we have construction needs! We had 2 bids that were almost identical and a bit over budget for our basement renovation. We were lucky enough to receive a 3rd referral through our neighborhood newsletter for Kelli Smith and Capital Construction. Her very detailed cost proposal was the lowest of the three and we immediately felt very comfortable choosing her company. She kept us up to date through out the process, gave us valuable ideas at different stages, showed us ways to keep costs down, never tried to oversell us, and was always available to answer questions when needed. Being a construction company, she had a lot of her own employees and all of the subcontractors she hired were all very nice and friendly. But I think what most impressed us about Kelli is that she followed up with us 1 month and 2 months after job completion to make sure we were satisfied and that everything was working like we expected.
