        I cannot remember the guys name that I worked with, but he was very nice and got me in fast even though they were booked up. Got the issues with my truck diagnosed and fixed fast. I will be back for future services as needed. Keep up the good work at Mountain Chevrolet!!

        I had the same oil change 6 months ago in September. The filter was $7.00 and now it was $27.00. The labor charge in was $27.00 and now it was $87.00. I think this much of an increase is out of line. What really upset me was that when I got home I discovered greasy hand prints all over the hood, the drivers door, the back door, and the def cover, of my freshly washed truck. with this price increase and the lack of care of my vehicle I will be taking my business elsewhere.

      Hi Dale,We did have to raise prices recently because we haven't for several years. We were actually selling those filters at a loss because our cost continuously increased, but the retail price went unchanged. I agree that it seems like a big increase, but it was longer overdue. As I am sure you understand, we are a business and can't continue servicing our community to the best of our abilities while taking a loss.
